- Carrier Charges: Univium is not responsible for any wireless carrier charges that result from participation in our SMS Service.
- Carriers Not Liable: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt-Out and Cancellation
- How to Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Univium text message. Once you submit this request, you will receive a final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent.
- Re-Enrolling: If you wish to rejoin after opting out, simply sign up again through our website, contract, or by replying START (if applicable) to one of our messages, and you will be re-enrolled in the SMS Service.
