Univium is an operations firm that builds. We learn how a business actually runs, fix what's slowing it down, build what's missing, and make sure the team uses it.
Patrick Flanagan started writing software ten years ago, while working in commercial property management. The company had no system that fit how it actually ran, so he built one.
He went on to work as a mortgage loan officer and as a reporting analyst in multifamily lending, and kept building tools for the teams around him. Every job taught the same lesson: the software was rarely the hard part. The hard part was understanding how the work really got done.
He founded Univium to do that work full time. Today the team works with owner-led companies in construction, real estate, events, education, and media, and runs on the same principles that started it.

Founder
Patrick founded Univium to help growing businesses build the custom software and automation they actually need. He’s designed CRMs, workflow platforms, and event technology for clients across the events and community space, and writes a weekly newsletter on how small and mid-sized businesses can put custom apps and AI to work. Outside of Univium, he’s written several novels.
Operations Coordinator
Osinachi keeps Univium running day to day, managing client communication and keeping every project moving from kickoff to launch. She’s a steady point of contact for clients and makes sure deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups never slip. Working across every Univium engagement, she brings the organization and consistency every project depends on.
