Services

Four services, one engagement.

Most clients need all four, in order: learn the operation, redesign the process, build what's missing, and make it stick. Some need one. Discovery tells us which, and you get a written plan before anything is built.

Operations consulting

We learn how your organization actually runs and find where time and money leak out.

You might need this if

  • Work slows down and nobody can say exactly where.
  • You're about to buy software and aren't sure it fits.
  • Two or three people hold the business in their heads.

You walk away with

  • A map of how work moves today, tools and handoffs included
  • A ranked list of opportunities, from quick fixes to larger builds
  • A written plan with scope, cost, and timeline

Process improvement

We redesign how work moves so your team can run it consistently and measure it.

You might need this if

  • Different people do the same job differently.
  • New hires take months to get up to speed.
  • Exceptions get handled from memory.

You walk away with

  • Current and future process maps
  • SOPs your team can follow and search
  • A clear owner for every step

custom-software
03

Custom software

Web apps, integrations, and automations built around your process, not the other way around.

You might need this if

  • Your team keeps a spreadsheet next to the software, because the software doesn't fit.
  • You pay for several tools and still copy data between them.
  • The software for your industry handles the common cases but not the way you actually work.

You walk away with

  • A working system built around your process
  • Integrations with the tools you already use
  • Documentation and training for your team

04

Change management and training

We train your team, document the process, and stay through adoption so the change holds.

You might need this if

  • You bought or built a tool and people went back to the spreadsheet.
  • Training lives in one person's head.
  • Rollouts stall after the first week.

You walk away with

  • Role-based training sessions, recorded
  • A searchable SOP library
  • A retirement date for the old process

How engagements start

Every engagement starts the same way, so you know what you're getting before you commit to a build.

01

A 30-minute call

Free. Tell us what's slowing your team down, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

02

Paid discovery

We sit with your team and learn the work, then hand you a written plan with scope, cost, and timeline. We often fix something small in the first session.

03

Build and launch

We build in short cycles with regular reviews, so you see progress as it happens.

04

Train and support

Your team learns the system, and we stay on retainer for support and improvements.

How retainers work

Work runs on a monthly retainer. Call for more info

  • Monthly hours you can use for any mix of consulting, building, training, and support.
  • The more hours you commit to each month, the lower the hourly rate.
  • Hours reset each month, so you only commit to what you'll use.
  • Nothing is built before discovery, so you see scope and cost first.

Questions we hear

Do we need to know exactly what we want built?

No. Most clients come with a problem, not a spec. Figuring out what to build is part of discovery.

Who will we work with?

The person on your calls is the person building your system. You won't be handed off to someone you've never met.

Can you work with the tools we already have?

Usually. We connect what you have and build only what's missing.

Do you work outside the industries you list?

Yes. If your team runs on workarounds, the problem matters more than the industry.

What happens after launch?

We stay on retainer to fix issues fast, train new people, and keep improving the system.

Tell us what's slowing your team down.

A 30-minute call is enough to know whether we can help.
